Do you have a teen who is looking to have an adventure this summer?  Maybe your teen has aged out of our summer camp program and wants to continue to connect, explore, and grow as part of our Camp Ocean Pines family.  Or maybe your teen is new to our camp and is interested in traveling and/or looking to have unforgettable experiences with a group of peers.  We will be running THREE amazing teen adventure trips this summer, open to any high school student ready for the adventure of a lifetime!

The Basics

Age requirement:  Participants must be current high school students in grades 9-12 during the 2016-2017 school year.

Group size:  We cap our trips at 10 teens each.

Adult supervision:  Each trip is led by two adult leaders (one male, one female.)  Kat and Alex both have years of trip-leading experience and are passionate, engaging leaders.

Accommodation:  We stay in private, single-gender dorm rooms within youth hostels during the Hawaii Trip and the Road Trip.  During the Santa Cruz Island Trip, we will be tent camping.

Meals:  For the most part, we will be cooking our own meals.  The trip participants will all be asked to help cook at least one meal and to do the dishes several times throughout the trip.  Don't worry, a trip leader will be present at all times to walk them through anything they may not know :)

Electronics:  We do not allow laptop computers or tablets on our trips.  We will collect all cell phones at the start of each trip and hand them out to trip participants once in the middle of the trip for roughly one hour.  One of our goals on these trips is to encourage participants to connect with one another, which can be tough if they're all glued to their cell phones!

Teen leadership:  Teens who participate in one of our 2017 summer trips can be a summer camp Counselor in Training for FREE!  Click here for more information on how to apply.
