We offer several options to help families access camp at a reduced cost, ensuring that every child in the same program enjoys the same experiences, opportunities, and sense of belonging—regardless of what their family pays.
For all families, we offer monthly payment plans to help spread payments out over time.

Whether you register early or refer a friend, you can take advantage of savings to make your child’s summer camp experience even more affordable.

*To receive this discount, you must select the monthly payment plan or pay in full upon registration.

Refer a new camper and both families will earn a $150 discount on their total registration cost!

Tiered Pricing
Camp Ocean Pines uses a tiered pricing system built on trust, allowing each family to choose the price that best fits their financial circumstances. Regardless of the tier selected, all campers have equal access to the same opportunities and experiences within their program.
When possible, we encourage families to select Tier 1 to help keep camp accessible and affordable for families who need financial support. Thank you for being part of a community that helps make camp possible for everyone!

The full price of camp operations, including year round staffing, support for long-term maintenance, repairs, and facility enhancements. This level also generously supports our scholarship funds, helping keep camp an option for all families.

The true cost of camp. This covers everything from paying our hard working staff, camper lodging, food, program supplies, and more.

Our most accessible price, at a subsidized rate. This tier is supported by generous contributions from our donors to ensure a positive camp experience for as many participants as possible.
Camper Scholarships
Families needing additional financial assistance may apply for a scholarship for any summer camp session.
We do our best to help as many families as possible attend summer camp, but scholarship funds are extremely limited. When submitting your application, please be thoughtful and honest about the amount of assistance your family needs.

Scholarship notifications and awards: Scholarships will be announced and awarded in April 2027. Applications submitted after April 2027 will be considered based on remaining funds and available camp spaces.
Please do not register your child for camp until you have received an update regarding your scholarship application.
