A Dining Hall for our next chapter
A brighter welcome for every meal, gathering, and celebration.
Think of all the life this room holds: campers finding a seat with new friends, students sharing stories from the day, families gathering to celebrate. Our Dining Hall is at the heart of Camp. Its worn floor is ready for the same care this room has given so many people.
A new moisture barrier and durable floating floor would give this familiar room fresh footing: warmer, brighter, and easier to care for. It is a practical improvement with a welcome people can feel the moment they walk in.

Some of the best parts of Camp happen around a table: a story that makes everyone laugh, a new friendship, a moment to slow down and take in the ocean. The bluff beside the Dining Hall has the view. With your help, it can offer more room for people to enjoy it together.
Two terraced gathering areas, low retaining walls, a wood-chip surface, and picnic seating would turn an awkward slope into a more useful place for meals and connection. We want this remarkable corner of Camp to become a place people naturally gather.

Open the door to the ocean side
Connect the Dining Hall with the gathering space outside.
Imagine finishing a meal, opening the doors, and stepping toward the ocean-facing gathering space. Today, that trip takes a detour through the fireside room and Sunset Deck. A new doorway would bring these two parts of Camp together and invite people to enjoy more of this special place.
Double doors and a modest covered portico would connect the Dining Hall directly with the space outside. We have an initial concept and a clear next step: full plans and engineering. An early sponsor can help turn this vision into a project ready for its next stage.

Bring back the Giant Swing
A Camp favorite. A shared adventure. A bigger dream.
For ten years, Camp's Giant Swing brought people together for a shared adventure. A dying tree meant we had to decommission this Camp favorite. We want to bring it back, better than ever, with a pole-built design that does not depend on a living tree.
Why a Giant Swing? Because no one does it alone. A team supports the individual rider, sharing the thrill through trust, encouragement, and adventure. Help us bring back a place where people can discover what they can do with a community behind them.
A separate, longer-term dream. The Giant Swing is not included in this year’s $50,000 net campaign goal. Please discuss future-project support and timing with Scott before making a gift.
