Summer Camp 2027: Sweet Summer
This summer is dedicated to being outside, screen-free, and free to just be a kid.
It’s “neighborhood kids” becoming lifelong friends. Messy painting projects. Digging for sand crabs. Gliding across waves on a boogie board. Dance parties with new friends and old. Singing around the campfire.
It’s the kind of childhood you remember forever—and the magic of making those memories together.
1 Week Sessions

Ages 7 - 15
A great taste of Camp Ocean Pines summer camp with days jam-packed with activities, community, and connection. A one-week session gives kids the opportunity to experience being away from home, build independence, and fully immerse themselves in camp activities and opportunities.
2 Week Sessions
Sunday - Friday (following week)
Ages 7 - 15
An excellent choice for any camper looking for a more enriching camp experience and more opportunities to try activities and build deeper relationships. On top of our traditional programs in a one-week session, two week sessions include additional off-site trip activities, exciting evening programs, and an all-camp field trip!

The Three Pillars of Main Camp:
The Goals of the Three Pillars
-
Connections are the root of our program.
Our goal is to provide spaces for campers to connect with their cabin mates, nature, and themselves.
Through screen-free shared adventures, cabin bonding times, all-camp programs, eating meals together, and so much more-camp helps kids build long lasting camp connections for years to come.
-
Kids explore every day at camp.
Every day brings something new to discover. Maybe it’s sea kayaking while learning about local wildlife, exploring tide pools on a beach trip, or picking up a guitar or learning to bake—skills and interests that can grow into lifelong hobbies.
Campers spend their days outside, trying new things, asking questions, getting curious, and discovering what they love.
And whether it’s their first summer at camp or their tenth, there’s always something new to explore. With the encouragement of supportive, caring staff, campers have the freedom to try, learn, and grow at their own pace.
-
Camp is a place to grow.
At camp, kids build independence, self-confidence, decision-making skills, and so much more—all while having fun and being part of a community.
The activities are the framework for the deeper growth that happens along the way. A hike becomes an opportunity to lead. A cabin challenge teaches teamwork. Navigating a new experience builds confidence. And time spent with friends teaches campers how to communicate, compromise, support one another, and find their place within a community.
Camp is about more than the activities themselves. It’s about the skills, relationships, and confidence campers carry with them long after summer ends.
They leave camp knowing themselves a little better, trusting themselves a little more, and feeling ready to take on what comes next.
