A few things to know

Start picturing it.
We’ll help with the details.

You don’t need every answer before you get in touch. Here are a few to get you started.

How many people can we invite?

Overnight packages include all 104 beds. Each included meal covers up to 100 chargeable diners, and extra meals are available. Meals with 120 or more diners require an outdoor reception plan. Expecting more than 140 guests? Talk with us during initial booking so we can discuss a workable plan. Larger celebrations are considered individually.

What are the food options?

We’ll send you our wedding menus so you can choose your meals. Reception buffets include two entrée choices, a side, bread, salad, and a vegetable. Water and select juices are included. Above the included 100 at each meal, rehearsal dinner is $45 per person, reception dinner $65, and brunch $35. Children five and under eat free without using the allowance; include them in your counts. Children six and older and vendors count toward the allowance. You arrange wedding cake and reception dessert separately.

What does Camp help us plan?

You’ll have a dedicated Camp contact, an initial event plan at booking, a tour, and a detailed planning meeting about 30–60 days before your wedding. Camp gets the venue and agreed services ready; we recommend your own coordinator to run the wedding itself. We’re happy to share our preferred vendor list.

Can we bring our own vendors and personal touches?

Yes! Bring the people and details that fit your celebration. Outside catering is welcome, but our commercial kitchen is not available to outside caterers. Camp sets up and takes down its own tables and chairs; handling of outside furniture rentals is agreed during planning. Table linens aren’t included. Alcohol is welcome when declared on your event insurance; you arrange your own bartenders and servers, as Camp does not provide alcohol service.

What should overnight guests bring?

Bedding and towels. Some couples purchase bedding for their guests and have it shipped to Camp before the event. All 104 beds are included in the overnight package price, separate from the 100-person meal allowance.

What if the weather changes? How late can music play?

We’ll talk through a weather plan during planning. If a larger outdoor dinner must move indoors, dining would be split across two rooms rather than everyone seated together. After 10 p.m., music must be quiet and indoors only.

How do we reserve our dates?

A signed contract and a nonrefundable 10% deposit reserve your dates. Your balance is due 30 days before the event; additional guest and service charges are due before departure. Your contract explains cancellation terms.
